In our busy lives, often we don’t realise when we are under the shades of hypertension. Here are ten home remedies that will keep you away from blood pressure

1. Amla and honey – having the amla juice mixed with honey in morning can be of great help. Amla has vitamin C. It keeps your blood circulation fine and keeps a check on the cholesterol.

2. Lemon – if BP increase suddenly, have a glass with water and squeezed lemon. Take this after 2 hours. It can control your BP in a very effective manner.

3. Walk barefoot on grass – a 10 to 15-minute walk with naked foot on grass can work magic on your blood pressure.

4. Use of bran flour –we should mix the flour of wheat and gram flour to make our chapatis more wholesome. It is better to not take bran from the flour.

5. Include brown rice in your diet – brown rice has a very little concentration of salt, cholesterol, and fat. It is recommended for high BP.

6. Tulsi and neem leaves –5 leaves of Tulsi and 2 leaves of Neem can be taken together. This controls our blood circulation in check and reduces our blood pressure.

7. Honey and ginger –ginger has lots of antioxidants. They reduce cholesterol as well. They keep our blood circulation upright and reduces our BP.

8. Garlic –thickening of blood affects the circulation of blood; it further leads to increase of blood pressure. Garlic reduces chances of blood clotting.

9. Curry leaf juice – it is advised to start your day with curry leaf. With 25-30 curry leaves and a cup of water, we can add lemon for our taste.

10. Coriander and fenugreek – like curry leave juices, we can have juice of coriander and fenugreek. Having a cup daily can be effective with BP.
