Know the symptoms to prevent heart attack

The loss of blood supply is usually caused by the full blockage of a coronary artery, which is one of the arteries that supply the blood to the heart muscle. It is typically accompanied by chest pain radiating down one or both arms. Now let us take a look at what the early symptoms can be –

CHEST DISCOMFORT –

It’s the most common sign of heart danger. If you have a blocked artery or are having a heart attack, you may feel pain, tightness, or pressure in your chest. It will make you feel uneasy and you would not be able to breathe properly.

INDIGESTION, HEART BURN OR STOMACH PAIN –

some people have these symptoms during a heart attack. They may even vomit. Women are more likely to report this type of symptom than men are.

 A COUGH THAT WON’T QUIT –

If you have a long-lasting cough that produces white or pink mucus, it could be a sign of heart failure. This happens when the heart can’t keep up with the body’s demands, causing blood to leak back into the lungs.

SWOLLEN LEGS, ANKLES AND FEET -

This could be a sign that your heart doesn’t pump blood as effectively as it should. When the heart can’t pump fast enough, blood backs up in the veins and causes bloating.

IRREGULAR HEART BEAT –

It’s normal for your heart to race when you are nervous or excited or to skip or add a beat once in a while. But if you think or feel like your heart is beating out of time for more than just a few seconds, or if it happens often, then it might be a sign of danger.

FATIGUE –

Being tired after doing some work is one thing but being tired without doing anything is bad for our health and it also might be a result of a bad cardiac health, hence it can prove to be one of the symptom for heart attack

There are many symptoms of heart attack which could be recognized way before the big trouble arrives and proves to be the next big issue in our life, all we can do right now is to pay more attention towards our health and be aware about everything that is happening with our body because we know that if someone can help us at the right time than its no one else but us.
