2. Yoga – Yoga is one of the most proven ways to fight backpain. It helps in increasing the flexibility of the muscles and reduces swelling and stiffness as well.
3. Exercise – Exercise are also helpful alongside Yoga. However, exercise is greatly dependant on your backpain. As forms of backpain vary, so does the exercises and hence a visit to doctor is advised.
4. Acupressure – It is an effective method to tackle backpain. An acupressure expert can advise pressure points to bring relief to the patient.
5. Acupuncture – Here, a doctor, with the help of needles, touches various parts of the body. Needles when sting the body may cause pain. However, some sessions may bring relief to backpain.
6. Painkiller – though, they are not a cure for backpain but in cases of severe backpain, they may provide immediate relief. These painkillers carry side-effects and doctor’s advice is mandatory.
7. Home remedies – Painkillers are not definitive cure. Often garlic, ginger, and massage with mustard oil alongside a sunbath can bring a great relief to the sufferer.

10. Surgery – when your pain grows intolerable and poses a threat on your life, surgery is the last resort.
