Complications in breathing are common nowadays as pollutants have risen. These complications can also be related to asthma. You should not ignore them. A little negligence can invite permanent disease and make you a patient forever. Trace your complications in symptoms given below

1. Breathlessness – If you suffer breathlessness without any work, then it calls for your attention. It could be a symptom of asthma.

2. Dry coughing –it is common for asthma sufferers to experience dry coughing during late nights or the early dawn. There is little or no mucus while coughing and continued coughing can warrant breathlessness.

3. Congestion in chest – If breathing causes congestion and heaviness in chest, then it could be a symptom of asthma.

4. Allergy factor –Often people suffer breathing complication due to allergy and ignore it as mere aftermaths of allergy. However, the symptoms of asthma allergy are more infective then other allergies. Hence, proper caution shall be taken when allergy causes breathlessness.

5. Sound while breathings – If, while breathing, weird noises like wheezing and whistling, then it could hint towards the disease.

6. Cough – Normally people go through cough when exposed to cooler conditions but if the cough seems chronic for you and has started causing complications and wheezing for you, then you should be cautious as this is a symptom of asthma.

7. Genetic – Most of the asthma cases are inherited. If any elder member of your familyhad a history with asthma, then you must go for a check-up as soon as possible.

8. Lips and face turning blue –If you feel breathing complications and your lips along with face turn blue, then it may signal an asthma attack. When congestion and swelling in respiratory tracts increase, the supply of oxygen in the body decreases and hence the face and lips turn blue.

9. Continuous sneeze – There can be many causes behind continuous sneezes. One of the many causes could be asthma as well. Therefore, a check-up is recommended.

10. Sweating and restlessness –If you experience continuous sweatingand restlessness while breathing, then these could be signs of asthma. Energy consumption while breathing can lead to these symptoms.
