1. Body posture while sitting and sleeping – most people invite backpain when they are not attentive on their body posture. Not keeping the body straight while sitting and using a pillow to lie down can be detrimental. Therefore, posture is vital.
2. Old injuries –often while playing or other activities, we get injured and those injuries fade away gradually. However, often they may reappear as backpain. This is primarily due to our ignorance as we never think that those injuries could cause inner tears to ligament and muscles.
3. Lifting heavy weight instantly –often while shifting house or other daily chores, people lift heavy things and invite backpain. This can cause stretch in nerves or are referred as intravenous bleeding.
4. Depression – Although, it sounds weird, but depression can cause backpain too. Depression can warrant neural disorders and backpain too. Stress and depression can lead to secretion of cortisol. This may cause backpain.
5. Obesity – often being overweight can cause variations in body posture and severely effect the everyday balance. Obesity prevents people from exercise. However, backpain starts and we can’t prevent our body posture from deviating.
6. Smoking –nicotine often hampers the flow of blood. Moreover, it reduces the ability of body to observe calcium and the strength too. This gives rise to severe backpain.
7. Smartphone – nowadays keeping your neck glued to smartphones can lead to backpain. Although, it has made our lives easier, but addiction of smartphone can be detrimental.
8. Continuous computer usage – computer is a necessity nowadays. Excessive usage of computer screen can cause stiffness and pull in nerves. This can bring backpain.
9. Nerves – often pressing of nerves can lead to various disk related complications. These problems can cause neurological problems which are often termed as “nerve pull”.
10. Exercise – dearth of exercise can gradually cause stiffness to nerves, ligaments, and tissues. Moreover, if you start exercising without consultation of an expert can increase backpain.
