2. Comfortable mattress – often, people prefer softer mattresses. These mattresses don’t allow your body to straighten. Hence, they promote backpain. Hence, one should be cautious while choosing a mattress.

9. Uncomfortable footwear – always prefer comfortable footwear. Uncomfortable footwear in the form of high heels and shoe can alter your walk. These bring complication in a manner that isn’t easily noticeable.

10. Don’t ignore the pain – as soon as you feel the pain, work to get it out of the way. Ignoring it can transit into severe stage. Then, contact a physiotherapist and avoid heavy lifting while you are having massage constantly.
